Not So Fast, Linux

Those of us who aren't Linux-centric know the truth of this article. Great expectations for cost-savings from Linux are never realized, users become less productive because Linux is just less user-friendly and implementation challenges, don't get me started. I do this stuff for a living and find Linux difficult. End user adoption in significant quantities is not going to happen, ever, until someone makes Linux as easy as ...well, Windows.
